This document is published in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, requiring publication of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and user agreement for access or usage of Vrsions (hereinafter referred to as “App”) operated by Sheng-Ting Hung (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

By accessing or using the App, you (“User”) agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

 

1. Information We Collect

 

We do not collect or store any personal information. The only information processed by the App is the following:

 

a. User-Uploaded Images:

• Users upload images for AI-based editing.

• These images are processed temporarily and deleted from our servers within 10 minutes after processing is complete.

 

2. Use of Information

 

The uploaded images are used solely for providing the requested AI-based editing services. We do not store, share, or use these images for any other purpose.

 

3. Sharing of Information

 

We do not share any user-uploaded images or related data with third parties.

 

4. Data Storage

• Uploaded images are stored temporarily on our servers for processing and are permanently deleted within 10 minutes after processing is complete.

• No other user data is collected or stored.

 

5. Your Rights

 

As we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal information to access, update, or delete.

 

6. Children’s Privacy

 

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process any personal information from children under 16.

 

7. Governing Law

 

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vancouver, Canada.

 

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

 

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via a prominent notice within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
